Pulse Recruit status
Current state of each component, the live incident log, and the archive. Every state on this page is derived from the incident record, so the board cannot say operational while an incident below it is open.
Components
One row per component rather than a single overall tick, because you are here to find out whether the thing that broke for you is on our side.

Open incidents
Newest first. Every timestamp on this page is UTC.
Nothing open
No incident is currently open against any component. If something is broken for you and nothing appears here, email us: an unrecorded incident is still an incident.
Incident history
Resolved incidents, with when they started, when they closed, and how long they ran.
No resolved incidents on record
Nothing has been recorded and closed yet. When an incident is resolved it moves here with its full timeline, and it stays.
Uptime and maintenance
Uptime
We do not publish an uptime percentage yet, because we do not yet run the independent monitoring that would make it a measurement rather than a guess. When that is in place the figure here will come from it, covering a rolling 90 days.
Scheduled maintenance
Planned work that could interrupt the product is announced here and to subscribers at least 72 hours in advance, with the window and the components affected.
No maintenance is scheduled.
Get told, rather than checking
Incidents and planned maintenance go out to the same list as product updates. Join it and you will not need this page open in a tab.
